Indulgent Peanut Fudge
Fudgey popping candy deliciousness!
Ingredients
- 397g can Condensed Milk
- 150g Knotty's Indulgent Peanut Butter
- 1tsp maple syrup
- 50g unsalted butter
- 200g icing sugar
- Any toppings of choice - we chose flaked almonds and desiccated coconut
Method
Step 1
Heat the condensed milk, peanut butter, maple syrup and butter in a pan on a low heat, stirring occasionally until combined.
Step 2
Turn up the heat and boil for 2 minutes - be careful not to let it burn by keeping on stirring. This will be ready to remove from the heat when the mixture thickens and comes away from the sides of the pan.
Step 3
Remove from heat and sieve icing sugar into the mixture. Stir well.
Step 4
Place into a tin lined with baking paper, and leave to set in the fridge for at least an hour.
